Ingredients
- 300 g meat sausage
- 1 large white onion
- 80 g radish
- 1 tbsp chive rings
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the meat sausage into thin rounds.
- 2. Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings.
- 3. Peel the horseradish root and cut it into thin strips.
- 4. Whisk vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper together in a bowl.
- 5. Add the oil and stir until the dressing is well combined.
- 6. Taste the marinade and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 7. Add the sausage slices, onion rings, and horseradish strips to the marinade.
- 8. Toss everything well so that all ingredients are evenly coated.
- 9. Sprinkle the finished salad with fresh chives.
- 10. Serve the salad with buttery pretzels.
