  3. 3. Thread the onion wedges and the sausages alternately onto the skewers.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic clove and the remaining onion pieces.
  5. 5. Mix the chopped vegetables with the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and oil.
  6. 6. Place the skewers in the marinade and let them marinate.
  7. 7. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
  8. 8. Fry the potato slices in hot frying oil for 3 minutes until golden yellow.
  9. 9. Let the potatoes drain and pat them dry on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
