  3. 3. Wash the herb stems under running water.
  4. 4. Shake the herbs vigorously to remove excess water.
  5. 5. Then dry the herbs thoroughly.
  6. 6. Wash the chili pepper under running water.
  7. 7. Dry the chili pepper with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Place all prepared ingredients into the bottle.
  9. 9. Fill the bottle completely with oil.
  10. 10. Seal the bottle tightly with the lid.
  11. 11. Let the oil infuse for one week before first use.
