Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 chili pepper
- 500 ml olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Lightly crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife.
- 3. Wash the herb stems under running water.
- 4. Shake the herbs vigorously to remove excess water.
- 5. Then dry the herbs thoroughly.
- 6. Wash the chili pepper under running water.
- 7. Dry the chili pepper with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Place all prepared ingredients into the bottle.
- 9. Fill the bottle completely with oil.
- 10. Seal the bottle tightly with the lid.
- 11. Let the oil infuse for one week before first use.
