🍽️ Spicy Beef Burgers with Tapenade

Ingredients
- 1 anchovy fillet
- 1 tsp capers
- 80 g black olives (pitted)
- 1 garlic clove
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 drop lemon juice
- 400 g minced meat (beef)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 sesame burger buns
- 1 handful mixed salad leaves
- 1 red onion
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp grainy mustard
- 50 g parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Pat the anchovy fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Place the anchovies, capers, olives, and one peeled garlic clove into a blender.
- 3. Add the honey.
- 4. Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- 5. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil until a thick cream forms.
- 6. Season the tapenade with pepper and lemon juice.
- 7. Place the minced meat into a bowl.
- 8. Add the tapenade, the egg yolk, and the breadcrumbs.
- 9. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- 10. Shape four burger patties from the mixture.
- 11. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 12. Fry the patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 13. Slice the buns horizontally.
- 14. Toast the cut sides of the buns.
- 15. Wash the salad greens.
- 16. Remove the tough stems from the salad greens.
- 17. Dry the salad greens thoroughly.
- 18. Peel the onion.
- 19. Halve the onion.
- 20. Slice the onion into strips.
- 21. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard.
- 22. Grate the cheese finely.
- 23. Spread the mustard mixture onto the cut sides of the buns.
- 24. Place the burger patties on the bottom bun halves.
- 25. Top the patties with the grated cheese.
- 26. Place the salad on top.
- 27. Place the onion strips on top.
- 28. Place the top bun halves on top.
- 29. Serve the burgers.
