  6. 6. Season the tapenade with pepper and lemon juice.
  7. 7. Place the minced meat into a bowl.
  8. 8. Add the tapenade, the egg yolk, and the breadcrumbs.
  9. 9. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  10. 10. Shape four burger patties from the mixture.

  12. 12. Fry the patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
