Ingredients
- 500 g quark (20% fat in dry matter)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 1 lemon
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tsp pickled green pepper
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix the curd with crème fraîche. Rinse the lemon and zest it. Dice the tomatoes, removing the seeds. Clean, wash, and finely chop the spring onions (set aside a few for garnish). Chop the green peppercorns.
- 2. Stir the prepared ingredients into the curd mixture and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with the reserved spring onions.
