Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 100 ml orange juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch curry powder
- 2 tbsp nut oil
- 1 tsp sambal oelek (more or less to taste)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango.
- 2. Cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 3. Add the mango flesh, orange juice, sugar, curry powder, and nut oil to the blender.
- 4. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 5. Make the dip as spicy as you like by adding Sambal Oelek.
- 6. Finally, season the dip with salt and pepper.
