  6. 6. Wash the chili peppers under running water.
  7. 7. Remove the stems from the chili peppers.
  8. 8. Halve the chili peppers lengthwise.
  9. 9. Finely chop the chili peppers.
  10. 10. Cut the bay leaves into thin strips.
  11. 11. Brush the fish with oil.
  12. 12. Season the fish with salt.
  13. 13. Season the fish with pepper.
  14. 14. Rub the finely chopped garlic onto the fish.
  15. 15. Oil the grill grate.
  16. 16. Place the fish on the oiled grill grate.
  17. 17. Grill the fish over low heat.
  18. 18. Grill the fish from the first side for about four to five minutes.

  20. 20. Grill the fish from the second side for about four to five minutes.
