  5. 5. Wash the rosemary sprig under running water.
  6. 6. Shake the rosemary dry.
  7. 7. Put the oil and the rosemary sprig into a frying pan.
  8. 8. Heat the oil in the pan.
  9. 9. Fry the garlic until golden yellow over low heat.
  10. 10. Add the drained beans to the pan.
  11. 11. Add 50 milliliters of water.
  12. 12. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
  13. 13. Remove the rosemary sprig from the pan and discard it.
  14. 14. Transfer the beans into a bowl.
  15. 15. Mash the beans into a puree using a potato masher.
  16. 16. Squeeze the lemon.
  17. 17. Season the bean cream with salt.
  18. 18. Season the bean cream with pepper.
  19. 19. Add lemon juice to taste.
