  2. 2. Dry the fruits with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Peel the skin thinly from one Satsuma.
  4. 4. Slice a second Satsuma into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Halve the remaining Satsumas.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the halved Satsumas.
  7. 7. Halve the lemon.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  9. 9. Place the Satsuma juice, peel, slices, lemon juice, cloves, cinnamon sticks, apple juice, coconut milk, and about 200 milliliters of water into a pot.
  10. 10. Heat the mixture over medium heat.
  11. 11. Turn off the stove.
  12. 12. Cover the pot.
  13. 13. Let the punch steep for about 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Pour the punch into glasses.
  15. 15. Add one teaspoon of honey to each glass.
