🥤 Spicy Apple Satsuma Punch with Cloves, Cinnamon, and Orange Peel

Ingredients
- 6 untreated satsumas or alternatively organic mandarins
- 1 lemon
- 5 –6 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 200 ml apple juice (cloudy)
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 4 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly rinse the Satsumas under running water.
- 2. Dry the fruits with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the skin thinly from one Satsuma.
- 4. Slice a second Satsuma into thin rounds.
- 5. Halve the remaining Satsumas.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the halved Satsumas.
- 7. Halve the lemon.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 9. Place the Satsuma juice, peel, slices, lemon juice, cloves, cinnamon sticks, apple juice, coconut milk, and about 200 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 10. Heat the mixture over medium heat.
- 11. Turn off the stove.
- 12. Cover the pot.
- 13. Let the punch steep for about 10 minutes.
- 14. Pour the punch into glasses.
- 15. Add one teaspoon of honey to each glass.
- 16. Enjoy the punch warm.
