🍽️ Crunchy Spicy Savoy Cabbage Chips

Ingredients
- 1 Savoy cabbage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 0.5 tsp harissa powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- 1. Remove the outer, wilted leaves from the savoy cabbage.
- 2. Rinse the head thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Cut out the hard core from the bottom of the head.
- 4. Carefully separate the individual leaves from the core.
- 5. Cut the leaves into roughly equal-sized pieces.
- 6. Place the savoy cabbage pieces into a large bowl.
- 7. Pour olive oil over the leaves.
- 8. Sprinkle salt over them.
- 9. Add harissa powder (a spicy paste made from chili peppers).
- 10. Add some lime juice.
- 11. Mix everything well with your hands until the leaves are evenly seasoned.
- 12. Lay the leaves flat and without overlapping on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C with fan or gas mark 2–3).
- 14. Bake the chips for about 8 minutes until they are crispy.
- 15. Remove the chips from the oven.
- 16. Transfer them to a large bowl or arrange them as a garnish on a dish.
