🍽️ Spicy Rolls with Arugula

Ingredients
- 10 g Herbs (0.5 bunch; e. g. Parsley, Thyme)
- 30 g Hazelnuts (2 tbsp)
- 100 g Feta
- 200 g Cream cheese (0,2 % fat)
- 3 tbsp Milk (1,5 % fat)
- 200 g Arugula
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 drop Lemon juice
- 4 Tortilla wraps
Instructions
- 1. Wash the herbs thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Finely chop the herb leaves.
- 4. Chop the nuts coarsely.
- 5. Mix the sheep's milk cheese with the cream cheese.
- 6. Add the milk to the cheese mixture.
- 7. Fold in the chopped nuts.
- 8. Fold in the chopped herbs.
- 9. Wash the arugula.
- 10. Spin the arugula dry.
- 11. Coarsely chop half of the arugula.
- 12. Stir the chopped arugula into the cream.
- 13. Season the cream with salt.
- 14. Season the cream with pepper.
- 15. Season the cream with lemon juice.
- 16. Warm the tortilla wraps according to package instructions.
- 17. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the wraps.
- 18. Top the wraps with the remaining arugula.
- 19. Roll up the wraps tightly.
