  9. 9. Finely dice the chili pepper.
  10. 10. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  11. 11. Mix the herbs, garlic, chili, and lime juice in a bowl.
  12. 12. Add one tablespoon of olive oil.
  13. 13. Stir the mixture well.
  14. 14. Season the salsa with salt.
  15. 15. Set the salsa aside.
  16. 16. Peel the onion.
  17. 17. Halve the onion.
  18. 18. Slice the onion into thin rings.
