🍽️ Spicy Turkey Roulade Skewers

Ingredients
- 100 g dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 2 sprigs sage
- 400 g large thin turkey cutlets (4 large thin turkey cutlets)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place the tomatoes in a small sieve and let them drain.
- 2. Catch two tablespoons of the tomato oil in a separate container.
- 3. Cut the drained tomatoes into thin strips.
- 4. Wash the sage leaves under running water.
- 5. Shake off excess water or pat them dry gently.
- 6. Pluck the individual sage leaves from the stems.
- 7. Rinse the turkey cutlets briefly.
- 8. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 9. Season both sides of the cutlets with salt.
- 10. Sprinkle cayenne pepper over both sides.
- 11. Top the seasoned cutlets with the tomato strips.
- 12. Distribute the sage leaves evenly over the meat.
- 13. Roll the cutlets up tightly.
- 14. Cut each roll into three equal slices.
- 15. Thread three slices onto one skewer.
- 16. Brush the skewers all around with the reserved tomato oil.
- 17. Place the skewers on the preheated grill.
- 18. Grill the skewers for about four minutes on each side.
