  2. 2. Catch two tablespoons of the tomato oil in a separate container.
  3. 3. Cut the drained tomatoes into thin strips.
  4. 4. Wash the sage leaves under running water.
  5. 5. Shake off excess water or pat them dry gently.
  6. 6. Pluck the individual sage leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Rinse the turkey cutlets briefly.
  8. 8. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  9. 9. Season both sides of the cutlets with salt.
  10. 10. Sprinkle cayenne pepper over both sides.
  11. 11. Top the seasoned cutlets with the tomato strips.
  12. 12. Distribute the sage leaves evenly over the meat.
  13. 13. Roll the cutlets up tightly.
  14. 14. Cut each roll into three equal slices.
  15. 15. Thread three slices onto one skewer.
