🍽️ Spicy Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 bunch dill
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 0.5 bunch chervil
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 4 spring onions
- 1 tsp capers
- 4 anchovies
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 container crème fraîche
- 1 pinch lemon zest
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the herbs under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Remove coarse stems or wilted leaves if necessary.
- 4. Finely chop the herbs.
- 5. Wash the spring onions.
- 6. Remove the dry ends of the spring onions.
- 7. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 8. Finely chop the capers.
- 9. Finely chop the anchovies.
- 10. Put the yogurt into a bowl.
- 11. Add the crème fraîche.
- 12. Grate the lemon zest.
- 13. Stir the yogurt, crème fraîche, and lemon zest until smooth.
- 14. Fold in the chopped herbs into the yogurt mixture.
- 15. Fold in the spring onion rings.
- 16. Fold in the chopped capers.
- 17. Fold in the chopped anchovies.
- 18. Season the sauce with salt.
- 19. Season the sauce with black pepper.
- 20. Season the sauce with cayenne pepper.
