🍽️ Spicy Nuts

Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp clove powder
- 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g almond kernels
- 200 g cashew kernels
- 3 tbsp liquid coconut oil
- 50 g coconut blossom sugar
Instructions
- 1. Mix all the spices in a small bowl.
- 2. Add the almonds, cashew nuts, coconut oil, sugar, and spice mix to a large bowl.
- 3. Stir the ingredients vigorously until everything is evenly coated.
- 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 5. Spread the nut mixture evenly on the tray.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (180 °C with fan or gas mark 3).
- 7. Roast the nuts in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 8. Remove the tray from the oven.
- 9. Let the nuts cool down completely for 10 minutes.
- 10. Fill 50 grams of the nuts into each jar.
- 11. Pack the jars nicely as a gift.
