  7. 7. Remove the tough strings from the celery, if present.
  8. 8. Slice the celery into thin slices.
  9. 9. Shake the celery greens dry.
  10. 10. Finely chop the celery greens.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley.
  12. 12. Shake the parsley dry.
  13. 13. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  14. 14. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
  15. 15. Peel the onion.
  16. 16. Halve the onion.
  17. 17. Slice the onion halves into thin slices.
  18. 18. Wash the apples.
  19. 19. Peel the apples.
  20. 20. Quarter the apples.
  21. 21. Core the apple quarters.
  22. 22. Cut the apple quarters into thin wedges.
