🍽️ Spicy Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast fillet (2 chicken breast fillets)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (rose spicy)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g celery (4 stalks)
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 1 red onion
- 200 g small apples (2 small apples)
- 0.5 lemon
- 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the fillets on a plate.
- 4. Mix salt, pepper, paprika powder, and one tablespoon of olive oil in a small bowl.
- 5. Coat the chicken fillets with the spice mixture.
- 6. Wash the celery thoroughly.
- 7. Remove the tough strings from the celery, if present.
- 8. Slice the celery into thin slices.
- 9. Shake the celery greens dry.
- 10. Finely chop the celery greens.
- 11. Wash the parsley.
- 12. Shake the parsley dry.
- 13. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 14. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
- 15. Peel the onion.
- 16. Halve the onion.
- 17. Slice the onion halves into thin slices.
- 18. Wash the apples.
- 19. Peel the apples.
- 20. Quarter the apples.
- 21. Core the apple quarters.
- 22. Cut the apple quarters into thin wedges.
- 23. Squeeze the lemon half.
- 24. Mix the lemon juice with yogurt, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 25. Add the remaining olive oil to the yogurt mixture.
- 26. Fold the apple wedges into the yogurt mixture.
- 27. Add the onion slices to the mixture.
- 28. Add the celery slices to the mixture.
- 29. Add the chopped celery greens to the mixture.
- 30. Preheat a grill pan.
- 31. Place the chicken fillets in the hot grill pan.
- 32. Grill the fillets from the first side for about three to four minutes.
- 33. Turn the fillets over.
- 34. Grill the fillets from the second side for about three to four minutes.
- 35. Plate the grilled chicken fillets.
- 36. Serve the salad next to the fillets.
- 37. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the dish.
