🍽️ Spicy Chicken Breast with Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp rosemary (chopped)

- 40 g butter
- 800 g cooked boiled potatoes (from the day before)
- 1 red chili pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
- 3 small onions (sliced into rings)

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Mix lemon juice, honey, oil, and chopped rosemary in a small bowl to make a marinade.
- 4. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Rub the chicken fillets all over with the marinade.
- 6. Let the marinated fillets rest covered for about 20 minutes.
- 7. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 8. Fry the chicken fillets for 8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 9. Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
- 10. Heat butter in a large pan.
- 11. Fry the onion rings briefly until they are soft.
- 12. Add the potato slices to the pan.
- 13. Fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
- 14. Season the fried potatoes with salt and red pepper.
- 15. Serve the chicken with the fried potatoes and a fresh leaf salad.
