🍽️ Fresh herb sauce with arugula, coriander, and parsley

Ingredients
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- 0.5 bunch coriander (fresh, chopped)
- 0.5 bunch arugula (chopped)
- 3 spring onions (coarsely chopped)
- 55 g pine nuts
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 green chili peppers (seeded, coarsely chopped)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 55 g Parmesan (freshly grated)
- 8 tbsp olive oil (cold pressed)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
- 2. Blend the mixture into a smooth sauce.
- 3. Ideally, use the sauce on the same day.
- 4. Serve it with, for example, grilled fish.
