Ingredients
- 20 chicken wings
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers
- 20 g ginger
- 0.5 tsp allspice berries
- 0.5 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly.
- 2. Pat the wings dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Wash the chili peppers.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 7. Finely chop the chili peppers.
- 8. Peel the ginger.
- 9. Grate the ginger finely.
- 10. Put allspice, coriander, and pepper into a mortar.
- 11. Grind the spices finely in the mortar.
- 12. Put the finely chopped garlic into a bowl.
- 13. Add the finely grated ginger.
- 14. Add the finely chopped chili peppers.
- 15. Add the ground spices.
- 16. Add the lime juice.
- 17. Add the honey.
- 18. Add the olive oil.
- 19. Mix the marinade ingredients well.
- 20. Put the chicken wings into the marinade.
- 21. Coat the wings thoroughly with the marinade.
- 22. Cover the bowl.
- 23. Place the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
- 24. Salt the marinated chicken wings.
- 25. Place the wings on the grill.
- 26. Turn the wings occasionally.
- 27. Grill the wings for about 15 minutes.
- 28. Serve the salad as desired.
