🍽️ Spicy Marinated Chicken Strips

Ingredients
- 450 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 tbsp acacia honey
- 1 tbsp ghee
- fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillet under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips.
- 4. Peel a piece of ginger about 4 cm long.
- 5. Grate the peeled ginger finely.
- 6. Peel a piece of ginger about 2 cm long.
- 7. Cut this piece of ginger into very thin slices.
- 8. Peel the garlic clove.
- 9. Slice the garlic into thin slices.
- 10. Place the chicken strips in a bowl.
- 11. Add the garlic slices.
- 12. Add the sesame oil.
- 13. Add the grated ginger pieces.
- 14. Mix everything well so the meat is marinated.
- 15. Let the marinade work overnight.
- 16. Heat the ghee in a pan.
- 17. Sear the marinated meat on all sides until golden brown over medium heat.
- 18. Add the honey to the pan.
- 19. Add the ginger slices to the pan.
- 20. Simmer the dish covered for 2 minutes on low heat.
- 21. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 22. Serve the dish immediately.
- 23. Serve with a fresh salad.
