  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
  2. 2. Cut the onion halves into strips that are 3 to 4 millimeters wide.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Cut the sausages into 4-centimeter-long pieces.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Fry the sausage pieces in the pan until browned on all sides.
  7. 7. Remove the sausages from the pan and set them aside.
  8. 8. Fry the onion strips in the same pan.
  9. 9. Add the tomato paste and let it sizzle briefly.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, paprika, bay leaf, and curry.
  11. 11. Pour the wine, broth, and tomatoes into the pan.
  12. 12. Let the goulash simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Add the prepared sausages back into the pan.
  14. 14. Finish the flavor with a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
