  2. 2. Cut out the hard stem bases from the top of the tomatoes.
  3. 3. Make cross-shaped small cuts in the skin on the bottom side of the tomatoes.
  4. 4. Pat the corn dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Brush the tomatoes, corn, and sausage slices with oil.
  6. 6. Place the oiled vegetables and sausage on the hot grill grate.
  7. 7. Season the corn and tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Grill everything for about 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Turn the ingredients regularly during grilling.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic.
  11. 11. Press the garlic through a press into a small bowl.
  12. 12. Rinse the fresh herbs briefly under running water.
  13. 13. Shake the herbs dry.
  14. 14. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  15. 15. Finely chop the herbs.
  16. 16. Mix the chopped herbs and soft butter with the garlic.
  17. 17. Finally season the herb butter with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Carefully peel the skin off the grilled tomatoes.
  19. 19. Place a piece of the herb butter on each peeled tomato.
  20. 20. Remove all ingredients from the grill.
