🍽️ Sausage and Mushroom Skewers

Ingredients
- 150 g small shallots
- 150 g small brown mushrooms
- 12 fresh bay leaves
- 280 g small poultry roast sausage (4 small poultry roast sausages; 8 % fat)
- 2 tbsp germ oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallots and cut them in half.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms with a brush or kitchen paper and cut off the tough stem ends.
- 3. Pluck the bay leaves from the stems, rinse them briefly, and pat them dry.
- 4. Cut the sausages into pieces about 3 centimeters long.
- 5. Thread sausage pieces, mushrooms, shallots, and bay leaves alternately onto four skewers.
- 6. Brush the skewers with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 7. Place the skewers in an aluminum grilling pan.
- 8. Grill the skewers on a hot grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them several times.
