  1. 1. Peel the shallots and cut them in half.
  2. 2. Clean the mushrooms with a brush or kitchen paper and cut off the tough stem ends.
  3. 3. Pluck the bay leaves from the stems, rinse them briefly, and pat them dry.
  4. 4. Cut the sausages into pieces about 3 centimeters long.
  5. 5. Thread sausage pieces, mushrooms, shallots, and bay leaves alternately onto four skewers.
  6. 6. Brush the skewers with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Place the skewers in an aluminum grilling pan.
  8. 8. Grill the skewers on a hot grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them several times.
