  1. 1. Peel the carrot and grate it finely.
  2. 2. Wash the pear, cut it in half, and remove the core.
  3. 3. Grate the cored pear coarsely.
  4. 4. Cut the ham into very thin strips.
  5. 5. Wash the herbs and pat them dry.
  6. 6. Finely chop the herbs.
  7. 7. Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise.
  8. 8. Add the chopped herbs to the cheese mixture.
  9. 9. Set aside the grated pears and the ham strips.
  10. 10. Stir the grated pears into the herb-cheese mixture.
  11. 11. Set the pear-cheese mixture aside.
  12. 12. Stir the grated carrots into the pear-cheese mixture.
  13. 13. Add the ham strips to the total mixture.
  14. 14. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
  15. 15. Take the flatbreads.
  16. 16. Spread the filling evenly over the flatbreads.
  17. 17. Make sure to leave about 2 centimeters of border free at the top and bottom.
  18. 18. Fold the bottom and top ends of the flatbreads inward.
  19. 19. Roll the wraps tightly from the side.
  20. 20. Cut each wrap diagonally in half.
  21. 21. Wrap the bottom end of each wrap half in wax paper.
  22. 22. Garnish the wraps with fresh herbs.
  23. 23. Place the wraps upright in cups.
  24. 24. Serve the wraps immediately.
