🍽️ Fruity Herb Wraps with Ham

Ingredients
- 4 large tortilla flatbreads (30 cm ⌀)
- 200 g turkey ham (8 slices)
- 2 pears
- 1 carrot
- 0.25 bunch parsley
- 0.25 bunch chives
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 100 g cream cheese
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrot and grate it finely.
- 2. Wash the pear, cut it in half, and remove the core.
- 3. Grate the cored pear coarsely.
- 4. Cut the ham into very thin strips.
- 5. Wash the herbs and pat them dry.
- 6. Finely chop the herbs.
- 7. Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise.
- 8. Add the chopped herbs to the cheese mixture.
- 9. Set aside the grated pears and the ham strips.
- 10. Stir the grated pears into the herb-cheese mixture.
- 11. Set the pear-cheese mixture aside.
- 12. Stir the grated carrots into the pear-cheese mixture.
- 13. Add the ham strips to the total mixture.
- 14. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- 15. Take the flatbreads.
- 16. Spread the filling evenly over the flatbreads.
- 17. Make sure to leave about 2 centimeters of border free at the top and bottom.
- 18. Fold the bottom and top ends of the flatbreads inward.
- 19. Roll the wraps tightly from the side.
- 20. Cut each wrap diagonally in half.
- 21. Wrap the bottom end of each wrap half in wax paper.
- 22. Garnish the wraps with fresh herbs.
- 23. Place the wraps upright in cups.
- 24. Serve the wraps immediately.
