Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna (approx. 180 g, plain)
- 1 tbsp capers (finely chopped)
- 60 g green olives (chopped)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (finely chopped)
- 1 parsley
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- iceberg lettuce leaf
- 4 large wraps (ready-made) (tortillas, from the refrigerated section)
Instructions
- 1. Put the tuna, capers, olives, hard-boiled eggs, and parsley into a bowl.
- 2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 3. Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly.
- 4. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Warm the wraps or tortillas according to the package instructions.
- 6. Top the warm wraps with the prepared lettuce.
- 7. Distribute the tuna filling evenly over the lettuce.
- 8. Roll the wraps tightly.
- 9. Cut the wraps in half crosswise if desired.
- 10. Serve the wraps immediately.
