🍽️ Wraps with Tuna Egg Salad Filling

Ingredients
- 400 g Cottage cheese
- 1 can Tuna (approx. 180 g, in brine)
- 2 tbsp Capers (finely chopped)
- 40 g Gherkins (finely chopped)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (finely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 small Iceberg lettuce
- 4 large Wraps (ready-made) (Tortillas, refrigerated section)
Instructions
- 1. For the filling, combine cottage cheese, tuna, capers, gherkins, and hard-boiled eggs, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut it into thin strips.
- 2. Warm the wraps or tortillas according to the instructions, top with the iceberg lettuce strips, evenly spread the filling on top, roll them up, and serve immediately.
