  6. 6. Season the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Wash the lettuce hearts.
  8. 8. Spin the vegetables dry.
  9. 9. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  10. 10. Wash the bell peppers.
  11. 11. Halve the bell peppers.
  12. 12. Remove the seeds and white inner walls of the pepper.
  13. 13. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
  14. 14. Wash the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Quarter the tomatoes.
  16. 16. Remove the stem ends and seeds of the tomatoes.
  17. 17. Cut the tomato flesh into strips.
  18. 18. Cut the cooked ham into bite-sized pieces.
  19. 19. Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius (fan 60 degrees Celsius or gas mark 1).
