🍽️ Cream Cheese Wraps with Ham and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 100 g fresh cheese preparation (0.2% fat)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (mild sweet)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 lettuce hearts
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 200 g cooked ham
- 4 tortilla flatbreads
Instructions
- 1. Wash the thyme under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Pluck the small thyme leaves from the stems.
- 4. Finely chop the thyme leaves.
- 5. Mix the cream cheese with paprika powder and the chopped thyme.
- 6. Season the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
- 7. Wash the lettuce hearts.
- 8. Spin the vegetables dry.
- 9. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 10. Wash the bell peppers.
- 11. Halve the bell peppers.
- 12. Remove the seeds and white inner walls of the pepper.
- 13. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
- 14. Wash the tomatoes.
- 15. Quarter the tomatoes.
- 16. Remove the stem ends and seeds of the tomatoes.
- 17. Cut the tomato flesh into strips.
- 18. Cut the cooked ham into bite-sized pieces.
- 19. Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius (fan 60 degrees Celsius or gas mark 1).
- 20. Place the tortilla wraps in the oven.
- 21. Warm the wraps slightly in the oven.
- 22. Remove the wraps from the oven.
- 23. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the wraps.
- 24. Top the wraps with the lettuce.
- 25. Distribute the pepper cubes onto the wraps.
- 26. Place the tomato strips on the wraps.
- 27. Distribute the ham pieces on the wraps.
- 28. Roll the filled wraps tightly.
- 29. Cut the wraps in half.
- 30. Place the wrap halves into a paper bag.
