  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic clove.
  5. 5. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.
  6. 6. Mix the chili rings with the soy sauce.
  7. 7. Wash the snow peas thoroughly.
  8. 8. Remove the hard ends and strings from the snow peas.
  9. 9. Bring water with salt to a boil.
  10. 10. Cook the snow peas in the boiling salted water for about 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Immediately shock the snow peas with cold water.
  12. 12. Let the snow peas drain well.
  13. 13. Cut the snow peas diagonally into thin strips.
  14. 14. Warm the tortilla wraps according to the package instructions.
  15. 15. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  16. 16. Sauté the chicken pieces and garlic in the hot oil.
  17. 17. Add the snow peas and sprouts to the pan.
  18. 18. Fry everything while stirring for about 5 minutes.
  19. 19. Continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked through.
  20. 20. Spread the chicken mixture onto the tortilla wraps.
