🍽️ Spicy Chicken Wraps with Chili Dip

Ingredients
- 4 Tortilla flatbreads
- 4 Chicken breast fillets
- 1 Garlic clove
- 200 g Snow peas
- 100 g Sprouts
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Chili pepper
- 1 small bowl Soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic clove.
- 5. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.
- 6. Mix the chili rings with the soy sauce.
- 7. Wash the snow peas thoroughly.
- 8. Remove the hard ends and strings from the snow peas.
- 9. Bring water with salt to a boil.
- 10. Cook the snow peas in the boiling salted water for about 2 minutes.
- 11. Immediately shock the snow peas with cold water.
- 12. Let the snow peas drain well.
- 13. Cut the snow peas diagonally into thin strips.
- 14. Warm the tortilla wraps according to the package instructions.
- 15. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 16. Sauté the chicken pieces and garlic in the hot oil.
- 17. Add the snow peas and sprouts to the pan.
- 18. Fry everything while stirring for about 5 minutes.
- 19. Continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked through.
- 20. Spread the chicken mixture onto the tortilla wraps.
- 21. Roll the tortillas tightly.
- 22. Cut the wraps in half.
- 23. Serve the wraps with the chili soy sauce as a dip.
