  1. 1. Open the can of chickpeas and drain the liquid.
  2. 2. Rinse the chickpeas under cold water.
  3. 3. Dry the chickpeas thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Wash the fresh parsley under running water.
  5. 5. Shake the parsley dry.
  6. 6. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
  7. 7. Cut the avocado in half.
  8. 8. Remove the pit from the avocado half.
  9. 9. Dice the avocado flesh into small cubes.
  10. 10. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
  11. 11. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
  12. 12. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  13. 13. Peel the carrots.
  14. 14. Grate the peeled carrots finely.
  15. 15. Take a tortilla flatbread.
  16. 16. Cut the flatbread from the center to the edge.
  17. 17. Place half of the chickpeas on one quarter of the flatbread.
  18. 18. Mash the chickpeas slightly with a fork.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the mashed chickpeas.
  20. 20. Place the avocado cubes on the next quarter of the flatbread.
  21. 21. Mash the avocado cubes slightly with a fork.
  22. 22. Place the cucumber slices on another quarter of the flatbread.
  23. 23. Place the grated carrots on the last quarter of the flatbread.
  24. 24. Season the wrap to taste with salt.
  25. 25. Season the wrap to taste with pepper.
  26. 26. Fold the first quarter with the chickpeas towards the center.
  27. 27. Fold the second quarter with the avocado towards the center.
  28. 28. Fold the third quarter with the cucumber towards the center.
  29. 29. Fold the fourth quarter with the carrots towards the center.
  30. 30. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  31. 31. Place the folded wrap into the hot pan.
  32. 32. Fry the wrap without additional fat.
  33. 33. Fry the first side for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  34. 34. Turn the wrap over.
  35. 35. Fry the second side for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  36. 36. Remove the wrap from the pan.
  37. 37. Preheat a contact grill.
  38. 38. Place the wrap into the preheated contact grill.
  39. 39. Close the contact grill.
  40. 40. Grill the wrap for about 5 minutes.
