🍽️ Crispy Pork Wraps with Peppers and Arugula

Ingredients
- 450 g pork cutlets
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 bunch arugula
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from a grinder)
- 6 wraps (ready-made product) (supermarket refrigerated section)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pork into thin strips.
- 2. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the peppers.
- 4. Slice the peppers lengthwise into thin strips.
- 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.
- 6. Sauté the pepper strips in the pan for about 5 minutes.
- 7. Season the peppers with salt and pepper.
- 8. Wash the arugula and remove any wilted leaves.
- 9. Dry the arugula using a salad spinner or a kitchen towel.
- 10. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a clean frying pan.
- 11. Fry the meat strips on all sides until well-browned.
- 12. Stir constantly to ensure the meat cooks evenly.
- 13. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 14. Warm the wraps according to the instructions on the package.
- 15. Spread the fried meat onto the warm wraps.
- 16. Add the sautéed peppers on top.
- 17. Place a handful of arugula on top.
- 18. Roll the wraps up tightly.
