🍽️ Fresh Wraps with Feta and Colorful Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp black, pitted olives
- 3 green, mild chili peppers (jar)
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 80 g cucumber (1 piece)
- 200 g feta
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortilla wraps (approx. 22 cm diameter)
Instructions
- 1. Drain the olives and peppers in a colander. Then chop them into small pieces.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and peppers. Cut them into quarters. Remove the seeds. Dice the vegetables into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the cucumber. Cut it open and remove the seeds. Dice the cucumber into small cubes as well.
- 4. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces with your hands. Put it into a bowl.
- 5. Add the chopped vegetables and olives to the feta mixture. Add the lemon juice and oil.
- 6. Season the filling with salt and pepper. Mix everything well until it tastes good.
- 7. Warm up the tortilla wraps slightly. Follow the instructions on the package.
- 8. Spread the vegetable and feta mixture onto the wraps. Leave a two-centimeter border free.
- 9. Fold the two opposite sides of the wraps slightly towards the center.
- 10. Roll the wraps up tightly.
- 11. Cut the finished wraps in half in the middle.
- 12. Place the wraps on four plates. Serve them immediately.
