  1. 1. Drain the olives and peppers in a colander. Then chop them into small pieces.
  2. 2. Wash the tomatoes and peppers. Cut them into quarters. Remove the seeds. Dice the vegetables into small cubes.
  3. 3. Wash the cucumber. Cut it open and remove the seeds. Dice the cucumber into small cubes as well.
  4. 4. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces with your hands. Put it into a bowl.
  5. 5. Add the chopped vegetables and olives to the feta mixture. Add the lemon juice and oil.
  6. 6. Season the filling with salt and pepper. Mix everything well until it tastes good.
  7. 7. Warm up the tortilla wraps slightly. Follow the instructions on the package.
  8. 8. Spread the vegetable and feta mixture onto the wraps. Leave a two-centimeter border free.
  9. 9. Fold the two opposite sides of the wraps slightly towards the center.
  10. 10. Roll the wraps up tightly.
  11. 11. Cut the finished wraps in half in the middle.
  12. 12. Place the wraps on four plates. Serve them immediately.
