🍽️ Turkey Chili Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 red onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tomatoes
- 0.5 bunch cilantro
- 250 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the turkey breast into thin strips.
- 4. Peel the onion.
- 5. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 6. Set aside half of the diced onions.
- 7. Mix the remaining half of the onions with the sour cream.
- 8. Season the onion and sour cream mixture with salt and pepper.
- 9. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
- 10. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 11. Remove the seeds from the tomato pieces.
- 12. Dice the deseeded tomatoes into small cubes.
- 13. Roughly chop the coriander leaves.
- 14. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 15. Fry the turkey strips in the hot oil.
- 16. Stir the curry powder into the meat.
- 17. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 18. Heat the tortillas briefly in the pan or microwave, as indicated on the package.
- 19. Spread the seasoned sour cream onto the warm tortillas.
- 20. Distribute the fried meat onto the tortillas.
- 21. Spread the diced tomatoes over the meat.
- 22. Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves over it.
- 23. Add the remaining raw diced onions on top.
- 24. Fold the tortillas together.
- 25. Serve the wraps immediately.
