  1. 1. Rinse the turkey breast under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the turkey breast into thin strips.
  4. 4. Peel the onion.
  5. 5. Dice the onion into small cubes.
  6. 6. Set aside half of the diced onions.
  7. 7. Mix the remaining half of the onions with the sour cream.
  8. 8. Season the onion and sour cream mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
  10. 10. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  11. 11. Remove the seeds from the tomato pieces.
  12. 12. Dice the deseeded tomatoes into small cubes.
  13. 13. Roughly chop the coriander leaves.
  14. 14. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  15. 15. Fry the turkey strips in the hot oil.
  16. 16. Stir the curry powder into the meat.
  17. 17. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Heat the tortillas briefly in the pan or microwave, as indicated on the package.
  19. 19. Spread the seasoned sour cream onto the warm tortillas.
  20. 20. Distribute the fried meat onto the tortillas.
  21. 21. Spread the diced tomatoes over the meat.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves over it.
  23. 23. Add the remaining raw diced onions on top.
  24. 24. Fold the tortillas together.
  25. 25. Serve the wraps immediately.
