🍽️ Turkey Breast Wrap with Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp flour (Type 1050 and flour for working)
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 2 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp ajvar (mild)
- 50 g smoked turkey breast (2 slices)
Instructions
- 1. Put flour and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 2. Add 30 to 40 milliliters of water.
- 3. Knead the dough with the beaters of a hand mixer until it forms a firm mass.
- 4. Make sure the dough is well moldable.
- 5. Wrap the dough in cling film.
- 6. Let the dough rest briefly.
- 7. Core the half bell pepper.
- 8. Wash the bell pepper.
- 9. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 10. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 11. Spin the lettuce leaves dry.
- 12. Cut the lettuce leaves into strips.
- 13. Flour the work surface.
- 14. Take the dough out of the foil.
- 15. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- 16. Try to make the dough as thin as possible.
- 17. Shape a round flatbread.
- 18. Heat a non-stick pan.
- 19. Do not use any fat when heating.
- 20. Place the dough flatbread in the hot pan.
- 21. Bake the flatbread on the first side for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 22. Turn the flatbread.
- 23. Bake the flatbread on the second side for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 24. Take the flatbread out of the pan immediately.
- 25. Place the flatbread on aluminum foil.
- 26. Roll the flatbread once in the foil.
- 27. This prevents the flatbread from becoming brittle.
- 28. Unroll the flatbread again.
- 29. Spread peanut butter on the flatbread.
- 30. Spread ajwar on the flatbread.
- 31. Place the turkey breast on the flatbread.
- 32. Distribute the pepper strips on the turkey breast.
- 33. Distribute the lettuce strips on the turkey breast.
- 34. Roll the flatbread up tightly.
- 35. Wrap the finished wrap in aluminum foil.
- 36. Cut the wrap in half in the middle before eating.
