🍽️ Fresh Tuna and Mango Wraps

Ingredients
- 400 g tuna fillet
- 20 g ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- salt
- white pepper
- cayenne pepper
- 1 mango
- 0.5 cucumber
- 0.5 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 yellow chili pepper
- 1 cilantro
- 1 parsley
- 1 lime (juice)
- 4 wraps (ready-made)
- 100 g sour cream
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tuna briefly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the tuna into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Peel the ginger and the garlic clove.
- 4. Dice the ginger and garlic very finely.
- 5. Add the oil, turmeric, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to the tuna cubes.
- 6. Mix everything well so the tuna is evenly seasoned.
- 7. Let the marinade sit for about 15 minutes.
- 8. Peel the mango and carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 9. Dice the mango flesh.
- 10. Peel the cucumber and dice it as well.
- 11. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- 12. Wash the tomato and remove the hard stem area.
- 13. Dice the tomato.
- 14. Wash the chili pepper.
- 15. Seed the chili pepper to your liking and dice it finely.
- 16. Wash the cilantro and parsley and shake them dry.
- 17. Finely chop the herb leaves.
- 18. Combine the mango, cucumber, onion, tomato, chili pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
- 19. Add the lime juice and mix everything well.
- 20. Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste.
- 21. Heat a frying pan over high heat.
- 22. Fry the tuna in the hot pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 23. Turn the tuna once while frying.
- 24. Warm the wraps in a separate pan.
- 25. Fry each wrap for about 1 minute per side.
- 26. Distribute the fried tuna onto the warm wraps.
- 27. Add the mango salsa on top of the tuna.
- 28. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of sour cream onto each wrap.
- 29. Roll the wraps tightly.
- 30. Serve the wraps immediately.
