  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
  2. 2. Cut the onion halves into thin strips.
  3. 3. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
  4. 4. Dry the leaves using a salad spinner or a cloth.
  5. 5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Place the tortilla flatbread into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Warm the top side of the flatbread for two minutes.
  8. 8. Flip the flatbread and heat the other side for another two minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the flatbread from the pan and place it on a plate.
  10. 10. Spread the sour cream evenly over the flatbread.
  11. 11. Season the cream with a pinch of salt.
  12. 12. Add freshly ground pepper.
  13. 13. Place the dry lettuce leaves on the flatbread.
  14. 14. Distribute the onion strips over the lettuce.
  15. 15. Place the slices of roast beef on top.
  16. 16. Add more salt or pepper to taste if desired.
  17. 17. Roll the flatbread up tightly.
  18. 18. Cut the wrap in half.
