Ingredients
- 0.5 small red onion
- 2 green lettuce leaves
- 1 tortilla flatbread
- 20 g sour cream (1 tbsp)
- salt
- pepper
- 70 g roast beef (3 slices)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
- 2. Cut the onion halves into thin strips.
- 3. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- 4. Dry the leaves using a salad spinner or a cloth.
- 5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 6. Place the tortilla flatbread into the hot pan.
- 7. Warm the top side of the flatbread for two minutes.
- 8. Flip the flatbread and heat the other side for another two minutes.
- 9. Remove the flatbread from the pan and place it on a plate.
- 10. Spread the sour cream evenly over the flatbread.
- 11. Season the cream with a pinch of salt.
- 12. Add freshly ground pepper.
- 13. Place the dry lettuce leaves on the flatbread.
- 14. Distribute the onion strips over the lettuce.
- 15. Place the slices of roast beef on top.
- 16. Add more salt or pepper to taste if desired.
- 17. Roll the flatbread up tightly.
- 18. Cut the wrap in half.
