  1. 1. Wash the purslane thoroughly and let it drain well.
  2. 2. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into small cubes.
  3. 3. Wash the fig and cut it into cubes as well.
  4. 4. Toast the nuts briefly in a non-stick pan.
  5. 5. Let the nuts cool down completely.
  6. 6. Roughly chop the cooled nuts.
  7. 7. Peel the pears and cut them into quarters.
  8. 8. Remove the core from the pear quarters.
  9. 9. Cut the pear flesh into strips or small pieces.
  10. 10. Mix the pear pieces with the mozzarella cubes, fig cubes, and chopped nuts.
  11. 11. Drizzle some lemon juice over the mixture.
  12. 12. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. 13. Heat a pan and briefly warm the tortilla wraps on both sides.
  14. 14. Place one quarter of the pear filling in the center of each wrap.
  15. 15. Fold the bottom edge of the wrap over the filling.
  16. 16. Roll the wrap up tightly.
  17. 17. Cut each wrap diagonally into two or three pieces.
  18. 18. Place the prepared purslane leaves on the plate as a bed.
  19. 19. Arrange the wrap pieces on top of the purslane.
