🍽️ Colorful Pear and Mozzarella Wraps

Ingredients
- 80 g purslane
- 250 g mozzarella
- 4 ripe figs
- 60 g hazelnuts (shelled)
- 4 small pears (as firm as possible)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 4 tortilla flatbreads (ready-made)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the purslane thoroughly and let it drain well.
- 2. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the fig and cut it into cubes as well.
- 4. Toast the nuts briefly in a non-stick pan.
- 5. Let the nuts cool down completely.
- 6. Roughly chop the cooled nuts.
- 7. Peel the pears and cut them into quarters.
- 8. Remove the core from the pear quarters.
- 9. Cut the pear flesh into strips or small pieces.
- 10. Mix the pear pieces with the mozzarella cubes, fig cubes, and chopped nuts.
- 11. Drizzle some lemon juice over the mixture.
- 12. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- 13. Heat a pan and briefly warm the tortilla wraps on both sides.
- 14. Place one quarter of the pear filling in the center of each wrap.
- 15. Fold the bottom edge of the wrap over the filling.
- 16. Roll the wrap up tightly.
- 17. Cut each wrap diagonally into two or three pieces.
- 18. Place the prepared purslane leaves on the plate as a bed.
- 19. Arrange the wrap pieces on top of the purslane.
