  2. 2. Wash the salad thoroughly.
  3. 3. Pick through the salad to remove any damaged parts.
  4. 4. Spin the salad dry.
  5. 5. Tear the salad leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  7. 7. Heat a pan without adding any fat.
  8. 8. Lightly toast the walnuts in the hot pan.
  9. 9. Remove the walnuts from the pan.
  10. 10. Set the walnuts aside.
  11. 11. Let the walnuts cool down.
  12. 12. Peel the pears.
  13. 13. Quarter the pears.
  14. 14. Remove the cores from the pears.
  15. 15. Cut the pears into small cubes.
  16. 16. Drizzle the pear cubes with lemon juice immediately.
  17. 17. Cut the leek lengthwise.
  18. 18. Rinse the leek with hot water.
  19. 19. Shake the leek dry.
  20. 20. Clean the leek by removing the tough bottom and green tops.
  21. 21. Slice the leek into rings.
  22. 22. Place the leek into a blender.
  23. 23. Add the cooled walnuts to the blender.
  24. 24. Add the pear cubes to the blender.
  25. 25. Add the cheese to the blender.
  26. 26. Add the cream cheese to the blender.
  27. 27. Puree the ingredients in the blender until roughly combined.

  30. 30. Add a splash of lemon juice.

  32. 32. Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if needed.
  33. 33. Heat a pan without adding any fat.

  35. 35. Flip the wraps to warm both sides.

  37. 37. Place salad on the top quarter of each wrap.
  38. 38. Spread some pear mixture onto the wrap.

  40. 40. Fold the bottom end of the wrap slightly inward.
  41. 41. Roll up the wraps tightly.
  42. 42. Wrap the finished wraps halfway in napkins.
  43. 43. Serve the wraps.
