  2. 2. Slice the beef into 0.5 cm thick slices.
  3. 3. Wash the bell peppers.
  4. 4. Remove the stem and the inside of the bell peppers.
  5. 5. Remove all white inner membranes.
  6. 6. Dice the bell peppers.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic clove.
  8. 8. Wash the leek.
  9. 9. Slice the leek into approx. 1 cm thick slices.
  10. 10. Rinse the bean sprouts.
  11. 11. Drain the bean sprouts.
  12. 12. Heat the oil in a wok or a large heavy pan.
  13. 13. Fry the beef in two portions.
  14. 14. Fry the beef for two minutes.
  15. 15. Fry the beef brown on both sides.
  16. 16. Remove the beef.
  17. 17. Toss the beef in 2 tbsp soy sauce.
  18. 18. Pepper the beef.
  19. 19. Fry the bell peppers in the hot frying fat.
  20. 20. Fry the bell peppers for 3 minutes.
  21. 21. Press the garlic in.
  22. 22. Add the broccoli.
  23. 23. Fry the broccoli for another 5 minutes.
  24. 24. Season with 1 tbsp soy sauce.
  25. 25. Season with sherry.
  26. 26. Season with a little salt.
  27. 27. Season with pepper.
  28. 28. Season with sambal oelek.
  29. 29. Season with sugar.
  30. 30. Season with lemon juice.
  31. 31. Add the leek.
  32. 32. Fry the leek for 2 minutes.
  33. 33. Mix in the sprouts and the beef with soy sauce.
  34. 34. Let the dish rest for a short time.
