🍽️ Wok vegetables with beef

Ingredients
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 300 g rump steak
- bell peppers (1 red and 1 yellow and 1 yellow each)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 stalk leek (about 200 g)
- 100 g fresh bean sprouts
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- salt
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Let the broccoli thaw.
- 2. Slice the beef into 0.5 cm thick slices.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers.
- 4. Remove the stem and the inside of the bell peppers.
- 5. Remove all white inner membranes.
- 6. Dice the bell peppers.
- 7. Peel the garlic clove.
- 8. Wash the leek.
- 9. Slice the leek into approx. 1 cm thick slices.
- 10. Rinse the bean sprouts.
- 11. Drain the bean sprouts.
- 12. Heat the oil in a wok or a large heavy pan.
- 13. Fry the beef in two portions.
- 14. Fry the beef for two minutes.
- 15. Fry the beef brown on both sides.
- 16. Remove the beef.
- 17. Toss the beef in 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- 18. Pepper the beef.
- 19. Fry the bell peppers in the hot frying fat.
- 20. Fry the bell peppers for 3 minutes.
- 21. Press the garlic in.
- 22. Add the broccoli.
- 23. Fry the broccoli for another 5 minutes.
- 24. Season with 1 tbsp soy sauce.
- 25. Season with sherry.
- 26. Season with a little salt.
- 27. Season with pepper.
- 28. Season with sambal oelek.
- 29. Season with sugar.
- 30. Season with lemon juice.
- 31. Add the leek.
- 32. Fry the leek for 2 minutes.
- 33. Mix in the sprouts and the beef with soy sauce.
- 34. Let the dish rest for a short time.
