🍽️ Chicken Wok with Mango-Chili Salsa

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 2 spring onions
- 150 g snow peas
- 70 g soybean
- 20 g sesame
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 mangoes
- 1 red chili pepper
- honey
- salt
- pepper
- chili spice
Instructions
- 1. Pat the chicken breast fillets dry with vinegar.
- 2. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and a little chili.
- 4. Place the seasoned meat in the soy sauce.
- 5. Let the meat marinate for approx. 20 minutes.
- 6. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 7. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers.
- 8. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
- 9. Wash the spring onions.
- 10. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
- 11. Cut the spring onions into rings.
- 12. Wash the snow peas.
- 13. Trim the snow peas (remove any strings).
- 14. Rinse the soybeans with cold water.
- 15. Let the soybeans drain.
- 16. Take the chicken out of the marinade.
- 17. Coat the meat briefly in the flour.
- 18. Heat the sesame oil in the wok.
- 19. Fry the chicken briefly.
- 20. Remove the chicken from the wok.
- 21. Add the snow peas to the wok.
- 22. Add the pepper strips to the wok.
- 23. Add the spring onions to the wok.
- 24. Add the soybeans to the wok.
- 25. Season the vegetables to taste with salt and pepper.
- 26. Add a little soy sauce if desired.
- 27. Add the fried chicken to the vegetables.
- 28. Cook the chicken through briefly.
- 29. Taste the dish again.
- 30. Sprinkle the dish with sesame before serving.
- 31. Peel the mangoes.
- 32. Separate the flesh from the pit.
- 33. Halve the chili pepper.
- 34. Remove the seeds of the chili pepper.
- 35. Remove the white inner membranes of the chili pepper.
- 36. Cut the chili pepper into small fine strips.
- 37. Crush the mango.
- 38. Cook the crushed mango with the chili strips.
- 39. Season the salsa to taste with honey.
