  5. 5. Let the meat marinate for approx. 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers.
  8. 8. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  9. 9. Wash the spring onions.
  10. 10. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
  11. 11. Cut the spring onions into rings.
  12. 12. Wash the snow peas.
  13. 13. Trim the snow peas (remove any strings).
  14. 14. Rinse the soybeans with cold water.
  15. 15. Let the soybeans drain.
  16. 16. Take the chicken out of the marinade.
  17. 17. Coat the meat briefly in the flour.
  18. 18. Heat the sesame oil in the wok.
  19. 19. Fry the chicken briefly.
  20. 20. Remove the chicken from the wok.
  21. 21. Add the snow peas to the wok.
  22. 22. Add the pepper strips to the wok.
