  4. 4. Remove the stems and the inside of the chili peppers.
  5. 5. Slice the chili peppers into rings.
  6. 6. Wash the spring onions.
  7. 7. Remove the ends of the spring onions.
  8. 8. Finely chop the spring onions.
  9. 9. Peel the ginger.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic cloves.
  11. 11. Finely chop the ginger.
  12. 12. Finely chop the garlic.
  13. 13. Heat the oil in a hot wok.
  14. 14. Add turmeric, cumin, lemongrass, and ginger to the hot oil.
  15. 15. Sauté the spices and the ginger piece briefly.
  16. 16. Add the chili rings, the spring onions, and the garlic.
  17. 17. Sauté the ingredients for about 1 minute.
  18. 18. Add the shrimps to the wok.
  19. 19. Fry the shrimps for 2 to 3 minutes.
  20. 20. Let the shrimps rest briefly.
  21. 21. Season the dish with soy sauce.
  22. 22. Salt to taste.
