Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers
- 400 g green beans
- 300 g baby corn (from the jar)
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce (Asian market)
- 100 g bean sprouts
- soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers.
- 3. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
- 4. Wash the beans.
- 5. Remove the hard ends and strings from the beans.
- 6. Drain the baby corn in a colander.
- 7. Cut the baby corn cobs in half lengthwise.
- 8. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or a large frying pan.
- 9. Add the beans and the bell pepper strips to the pan.
- 10. Sauté the vegetables while stirring constantly for about 6 to 8 minutes.
- 11. Add the baby corn and the sprouts.
- 12. Let the vegetables heat through briefly.
- 13. Season the mixture with oyster sauce and soy sauce.
- 14. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds.
- 15. Serve the wok vegetables with rice.
