  2. 2. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers.
  3. 3. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  4. 4. Wash the beans.
  5. 5. Remove the hard ends and strings from the beans.
  6. 6. Drain the baby corn in a colander.
  7. 7. Cut the baby corn cobs in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or a large frying pan.
  9. 9. Add the beans and the bell pepper strips to the pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the vegetables while stirring constantly for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the baby corn and the sprouts.
  12. 12. Let the vegetables heat through briefly.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with oyster sauce and soy sauce.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds.
  15. 15. Serve the wok vegetables with rice.
