Ingredients
- 300 g baby corn
- 300 g vegetables (mixed, chopped small e.g. onions, broccoli florets, red bell peppers, carrots)
- 150 g bean sprouts
- 1 green chili pepper
- 5 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chili thoroughly, cut it lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice it into thin strips. Blanch the bean sprouts with hot water and drain well.
- 2. Heat the oil in a wok, stir-fry the corn cobs and vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring constantly, then add the bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir in the chili.
- 3. Mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar with a little water, toss everything over medium heat for another 1 minute, and serve immediately sprinkled with sesame.
