  1. 1. Wash the chili thoroughly, cut it lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice it into thin strips. Blanch the bean sprouts with hot water and drain well.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a wok, stir-fry the corn cobs and vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring constantly, then add the bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir in the chili.
  3. 3. Mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar with a little water, toss everything over medium heat for another 1 minute, and serve immediately sprinkled with sesame.
