🍽️ Crunchy Savoy Cabbage and Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 600 g Savoy cabbage
- 100 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 4 tbsp sour cream (20 g each)
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch caraway seeds
- 1 tsp raw cane sugar
- 2 carrots
Instructions
- 1. Remove the outer leaves from the savoy cabbage and cut the head into quarters.
- 2. Cut out the hard core from the center of each quarter.
- 3. Rinse the savoy cabbage quarters under running water.
- 4. Cut the savoy cabbage into fine, thin strips.
- 5. Place yogurt and sour cream into a small bowl.
- 6. Add mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, cumin, and sugar.
- 7. Whisk the ingredients for the dressing well together.
- 8. Place the cut savoy cabbage into a large bowl.
- 9. Pour the dressing over the savoy cabbage.
- 10. Knead the salad well with your hands to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- 11. Peel the carrots and grate them finely using a grater.
- 12. Fold the grated carrots into the savoy cabbage salad.
- 13. Let the salad sit for 30 minutes to marinate.
- 14. Season the salad to taste with salt and pepper at the end.
