🥗 Winter Salad with Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 150 g lamb's lettuce
- 400 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 ml white wine
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- salt (pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the oyster mushrooms and roughly chop them. Wash the lamb's lettuce thoroughly, dry it, and arrange it on plates. Peel and finely chop the onion, then sauté it in vegetable oil until translucent. Peel the garlic and press it in, add the mushrooms, and fry them all around.
- 2. Season with salt and pepper. Distribute the mushrooms evenly over the lamb's lettuce. Deglaze the frying residue with wine and mix the sauce with walnut oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, then drizzle it over the salad.
