  2. 2. Remove the cores and cut the flesh into small cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife.
  4. 4. Remove all white skin remnants while doing so.
  5. 5. Cut out the orange segments along the membranes.
  6. 6. Catch the released juice in a bowl.
  7. 7. Squeeze the orange peels and remnants by hand.
  8. 8. Cut the figs into small pieces.
  9. 9. Peel the banana.
  10. 10. Slice the banana.
  11. 11. Add cinnamon and walnut kernels to the fruits.
  12. 12. Mix all ingredients well together.
  13. 13. Let the salad marinate for about 30 minutes before serving.
