Ingredients
- 10 sheets puff pastry (frozen) square
- 10 apricot halves (from the jar)
- 1 egg
Instructions
- 1. Let the puff pastry thaw so that the sheets lie next to each other. Drain the apricots and place one on each square of the dough. Cut the dough at the corners up to the apricot and then fold the pieces like the blades of a windmill.
- 2. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Whisk the egg and brush the windmills with it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, then remove.
