🍽️ Crunchy Wild Rice and Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
- 300 g wild rice
- 1 onion
- 300 g mixed mushrooms (wild mushrooms)
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Cook the wild rice according to the package instructions.
- 2. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms and slice some of them.
- 4. Leave the remaining mushrooms whole.
- 5. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
- 6. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 7. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 8. Sauté the onion cubes briefly.
- 9. Add the sliced and whole mushrooms to the pan.
- 10. Fry the mushrooms vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring.
- 11. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 12. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
- 13. Stir the balsamic vinegar into the mushrooms.
- 14. Drain the cooked rice.
- 15. Add the rice to the mushrooms in the pan.
- 16. Add the chive rings.
- 17. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 18. Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- 19. Serve the salad lukewarm.
