🥤 Wild Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 sprig lemon balm
- 50 g apple sauce (no sugar)
- 1 tbsp rosehip puree
- 1 tbsp sea buckthorn puree
- 50 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 100 ml buttermilk
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon balm under running water.
- 2. Shake the leaves dry.
- 3. Pluck the individual leaves from the stems.
- 4. Place the applesauce into a tall container.
- 5. Add the rosehip puree.
- 6. Add the sea buckthorn puree.
- 7. Add the yogurt to the container.
- 8. Add the soured milk to the container.
- 9. Puree the mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 10. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- 11. Add ice cubes.
- 12. Garnish the smoothie with the fresh lemon balm leaves.
