  1. 1. Pound the meat flat with a meat mallet until it is evenly thin.
  2. 2. Place the flour on a flat plate.
  3. 3. Place the breadcrumbs on a second flat plate.
  4. 4. Beat the eggs loosely in a deep bowl with a fork.
  5. 5. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Coat the schnitzels in the flour first and shake off any excess flour.
  7. 7. Dip the schnitzels into the beaten eggs.
  8. 8. Then coat the schnitzels in the breadcrumbs until they are completely covered.
  9. 9. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in each of two separate pans.
  10. 10. Fry the schnitzels on each side for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Prepare the French fries according to the package instructions in the oven on a baking sheet.
  12. 12. Serve the schnitzels together with the French fries and lemon slices.
