  3. 3. Add the flour and salt to a large mixing bowl.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast mixture over the dry ingredients.
  5. 5. Knead everything with the dough hooks of a hand mixer until you have a smooth dough.
  6. 6. If necessary, add a little more flour or water to achieve the right consistency.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  9. 9. Spread some flour on a clean work surface.
  10. 10. Take out the dough and knead it briefly.
  11. 11. Shape the dough into a round loaf.
  12. 12. Sprinkle oats on the work surface.
  13. 13. Roll the loaf in the oats so that it is covered all around.
  14. 14. Grease a baking pan with some fat.
  15. 15. Place the loaf in the prepared pan.
  16. 16. Cover the pan.
  17. 17. Let the loaf rise for another 15 minutes.
  18. 18. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  19. 19. Bake the bread in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
  20. 20. Take the bread out of the oven.
  21. 21. Let it cool slightly in the pan.
  22. 22. Turn the bread out of the pan.
  23. 23. Let the bread cool completely.
